Pedex provides educational consultancy, application guidance, document support, test preparation, and related information. The exact scope, timeline, price, and deliverables for a paid service are set out in the package or written agreement accepted at purchase.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and lawful information, reviewing documents before submission, meeting deadlines, and complying with university, scholarship, immigration, and testing requirements. You must not submit altered, misleading, or fraudulent material through Pedex.

Pedex offers strategy and support but does not control decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, visa authorities, testing organisations, or other third parties. Admission, funding, visa, and examination outcomes are therefore not guaranteed.

Fees and payment schedules are communicated before a paid engagement begins. Any rescheduling, cancellation, or refund terms that apply to a service will be stated in its package information or written agreement. Third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

Website content and Pedex-created materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not copy, resell, impersonate, disrupt, or misuse the website, brand, templates, or learning materials.

The website may link to external booking, messaging, payment, university, and programme services. Pedex is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or independent decisions of those third parties.

We may update these terms as our services develop. Updated terms take effect when published with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
