This policy explains what information Pedex Educational Consult may collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective 9 August 2026
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, academic and professional information, application documents, consultation preferences, payment details processed by approved providers, and communications you send to us.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as device, browser, and diagnostic data.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess service needs, deliver admissions and test-preparation support, manage document intake, process requested transactions, and maintain service records.
We only send optional marketing or deadline updates where you have chosen to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support booking, communications, document handling, or payments. We may also share information with universities or programme partners when you instruct us to do so, or where disclosure is required by law.
Pedex does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our service records, or a legal obligation. We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may have the right to be informed, access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain about how your information is handled.
To exercise a privacy right, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
